Terms of use

These Terms of Use form an agreement between you and Dspark AI LLC (“Dspark AI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the operator of Nallo, and govern your access to and use of nallo.video and the Nallo service.

Agreement and eligibility

By using Nallo, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use Nallo only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian. If you use the service for an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

The service

Nallo provides tools that turn written prompts and supported source media into generated images or video. Available models, controls, processing times, Credit costs, storage periods, and output characteristics may vary. We may add, change, suspend, or remove service features as the service and its providers evolve.

Dspark AI LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company with Filing ID 2026-002056517. Its registered and mailing address is 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, USA. Customer, privacy, and legal notices can be sent to support@nallo.video.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping your authentication method secure. Provide accurate information, do not share access in a way that compromises the service, and notify support@nallo.video if you suspect unauthorized use.

Your prompts, uploads, and outputs

You retain whatever rights you already hold in prompts and source media you submit. You grant Dspark AI and its service providers a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, copy, transform, transmit, and process that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service or comply with law.

Your rights in generated output depend on applicable law, third-party rights, and any plan-specific terms presented when you obtain access. You are responsible for confirming that you have the necessary rights and permissions for submitted content and for how you use generated output. Generated output may resemble existing people, places, styles, or works and may not be unique. The service does not guarantee that an output is protectable, non-infringing, accurate, or suitable for a particular use.

Acceptable use

You may use Nallo for lawful, general-audience creative work. You must not:

• submit illegal, exploitative, non-consensual, or abusive content;
• request, upload, create, or distribute sexually explicit content or other material that is not suitable for a general audience;
• create or distribute content that exploits or endangers minors, or violates another person’s consent, dignity, or intimate privacy;
• impersonate a person or misrepresent generated media as authentic evidence;
• infringe privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights;
• generate content intended to facilitate fraud, unlawful discrimination, violence, or harassment;
• bypass access controls, Credit accounting, rate limits, or security measures;
• probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or misuse the service or its providers;
• distribute malware or use the service to facilitate fraud or harassment; or
• resell access or automate high-volume use unless expressly authorized.

Content or accounts may be restricted when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules, protect users, comply with law, or preserve service integrity.

AI service limitations

Generation is probabilistic. Outputs, processing times, model availability, resolution, duration, and Credit cost may change with the selected model and published controls. Review outputs before relying on them. Nallo is not intended for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other high-stakes decisions.

Credits, plans, and payments

Credits are closed-loop service units that can be used only for eligible Nallo generation requests. They are not money, cannot be transferred between users, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law. The price, currency, Credit grant, renewal interval, included capabilities, and payment availability shown at Checkout govern a purchase. Taxes and payment-provider fees may apply where disclosed.

Payments are processed by the provider identified during Checkout. Nallo does not intend to store full payment-card details. When a recurring plan is offered, it renews at the disclosed interval until cancelled. You authorize the applicable recurring charge when you complete Checkout. You can cancel future renewal through the account controls made available on the Pricing page or by contacting support@nallo.video. Cancellation does not automatically create a partial refund for the current period. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and applicable law.

After a payment is confirmed, the associated Credits or subscription entitlement is made available to the purchasing account. Nallo does not ship physical goods. Payment confirmation or fraud review may delay digital delivery.

Service changes and availability

Models, providers, controls, pricing, Credit costs, storage periods, and features may change. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, provider failures, security response, or events outside reasonable control. No uninterrupted or error-free availability is promised.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended or terminated for material breach, unlawful activity, security risk, non-payment, abuse, or when required by law. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including rights, payment obligations, disclaimers, and liability limits—continue to apply.

Nallo intellectual property

Nallo, including its software, interface, brand, graphics, and service content other than user submissions and generated outputs, is owned by Dspark AI or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property law. These Terms do not grant permission to use Nallo’s names, logos, or technology except as necessary to use the service.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service and generated outputs are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dspark AI LLC and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Where a jurisdiction does not allow a limitation stated here, the limitation applies only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Dspark AI and its service providers from claims arising from your unlawful use of the service, your submitted content, your use or distribution of generated output, or your violation of these Terms or another person’s rights.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over disputes arising from these Terms or the service.

Communications and support

You agree that account, transaction, policy, and service notices may be provided electronically through the service or the email address associated with your account. Questions and notices can be sent to support@nallo.video.

Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated as the service or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be identified by a revised date and any notice required by law. Continuing to use the service after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted.
